⚾ Crawdads Game Concessions

Running concession stands and collecting parking fees are our largest sources of financial support for the band. We receive tips and a percentage of sales — this opportunity isn’t guaranteed each season, so we’re grateful every time we’re invited back!

• Concession shifts: Each shift earns your student a portion of the night's earnings.

• Parking shifts: Each shift earns $25 toward your student’s dues (no limit).
• Adults 18+ must run the concession registers.
• Because alcohol is sold, each adult must complete the free online ABC course: abc.nc.gov/education/free-online-training.
• Always sign in when you arrive — the sign‑in sheet is required for credit

🏈 Bandys Football Games

The Bandys Band Boosters run the away‑side concessions at Bandys High School football games.

Volunteer roles include:

• Grill
• Fryer
• Popcorn machine
• Taking orders
• Making hot chocolate
• General concessions support

You must be 18+ to work the grill or fryers.

Student Food Ordering

To keep halftime service quick and organized:

• Students will receive a food order link on Monday of game week.
• Orders must be submitted by 12 PM on the day before game day.
• Payment (Card or cash) is collected at pickup.

Student Discounts

(program under review, more info to come before season starts)

This discount applies only to the away‑side concessions.

The home‑side is run by the Trojan Country Athletic Boosters — encourage family and friends to support the band by purchasing from the away‑side!

Note: there are no credits for working the concessions at Bandys. We do this for the betterment of the whole band. With a budget of almost $100k, we save the entirety of the money raised during this time to help fund the season. Do not let that deter you - this is a very much needed event and to be successful we have to have enough people to run the stand.
